NSIRF – DEFENCE & STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGIES GRAND CHALLENGE 2025
In pursuit of strengthening India’s technological sovereignty and accelerating indigenous capabilities in critical defence domains, NeXorbi Scientific & Industrial Research Federation (NSIRF) issues a national call for breakthrough innovations under the Defence & Strategic Technologies #GrandChallenge2025.
This initiative seeks to identify, support, and accelerate high-impact technologies essential for India’s long-term strategic preparedness and operational superiority.
PRIORITY MISSION AREAS
NSIRF invites proposals in the following mission-critical domains:
• Autonomous UAV Swarms & Advanced Unmanned Systems
• Counter-UAV / Anti-Drone Defence Technologies
• AI Systems for Real-Time Intelligence & Battlefield Decisions
• High-Temperature Materials for Extreme Aerospace Conditions
• Compact Propulsion Systems for Strategic Applications
• Directed Energy Technology Concepts (Non-ITAR)
• Stealth Materials, Signature Reduction & Low-Observable Coatings

OFFICIAL NSIRF CERTIFICATE
All shortlisted and participating teams will be issued an Official NSIRF Innovation Certificate, formally recognizing their contribution to India’s national R&D mission.
Top performers will additionally receive an NSIRF National Excellence Certificate endorsed by the organization’s senior committee.
